Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! Just Jumps! Courteous drivers will deliver and set up each unit and insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 10-15 minutes, and take down is about 15-20 minutes.

What kind of power is required?
Just Jump! plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the Just Jump! unit(s) should be no more than 75ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up a Just Jump! unit at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 75ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.

Can Just Jump! units be rented overnight?
Yes! Just Jumps! can be rented for extended periods of time or over night as long as it is set up in a gated secure area. There will be an extra charge. Please call for pricing.

What type of surface can the Just Jumps! be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on indoor gymnasium floors. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.

How much room do I need to set up a Just Jump! unit?
You should have an area about 15'x15' with a vertical clearance of about 17". When you call to reserve your Just Jump!, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular shape you will be renting.

Are Just Jumps! safe?
Yes. Our Just Jump! units are constructed to be as safe as possible. Jumpers include a safety step and safety net that stop children bouncing out of the jump and injuring themselves. Also, most jumpers have emergency exits on the roof incase of power failure. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the Just Jump! unit.  All of our Just Jump! units are covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting on all four sides to allow for great visibility and air circulation.

Are you Insured?
Yes. All of our Just Jump! units are insured. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent a Just Jump! unit are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up the Just Jumps! until the liability waiver is signed.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a Just Jump! unit?
We do not require a deposit for orders under $300.00. All we need to know is the date, time & location of your event as well as the Just Jump!  shape you prefer. We will collect payment (usually Check, Cash or Money Order) the day of the party when we set up. PLEASE CALL US ABOUT THESE TERMS as well as our cancellation policy.

What if I have to cancel?
No Problem. Just give us a call, there is no cancellation fee. However, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we have a chance to rent your Just Jump! unit to someone else, we usually have a waiting list. Check with us for our cancellation policy and rain policy.
